Voting Question: Hyperhydrosis advice ?

My 12 year old child , daughter , has been diagnosed with primary palmar hyperhydrosis ( excessive sweaty hands) we have been given some advice but not really taking on any treatment at the moment.I know that the condition is not fatal in any way just embarassing or unhelpful but for any reason would her school need to know about the condition for her medical details or not ?
