Voting Question: Hyperhydrosis - surgery?

I suffer intensely from excessive sweating and its a really embarassing problem. I’ve tried all the products on the market but they have absolutely no effect whatsoever. The last option is surgery which I’m not sure about - has anyone got any advice?
