Voting Question: Palmar hyperhidrosis?

I have palmar hiperhidrosis and i have a sort of prom soon where i would like to dance, but the constant sweating prevents me from doing that. Is there anything that i could do besides put Certain-dri on my hands that could drastically reduce my sweating? Any remedies. No surgery. I once heard something about baby powder. PLZ help!
