Resolved Question: Will sweaty hands affect me in a medicine career?

I have hyperhydrosis and my hands sweat more than normal. It is really annoying because it can be cold and I still sweat. Not only is it very embarrassing, i am considering a career path as a doctor but i am worried that this would ultimately affect this! Help neeeeeeeedddeeeeeeeeedddd! THANKS (:
