I am female and have hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating,mostly hands, underarms, and feet). If I smoke weed it helps a little, but still not normal. I’ve had many boyfriends and most say they don’t care. Anyways, there’s this guy I like from work and we’re supposed to hook up, and he doesn’t know about my hyperhydrosis. I’d just like some honest answers, I work with this guy so I don’t wanna gross him out and humiliate myself. Thanks!

So, I can take a shower right before class, and an hour later I smell sweaty “down there”. WTF??? I am so sweaty, and it smells close to musty. I don’t have any STD’s or infections whatsoever, and my discharge doesn’t have an odor. It’s the smell of musty, stinky sweat. I’ve never smelled like this before. What the heck do I do??? I’m thinking I might have hyperhydrosis?
I typically shave it all off, but tomorrow I’m getting waxed, now! And I’m gonna go to the doctor tomorrow, too

For all those who don’t know what this is… You probably don’t know how to deal with it. But i will explain anyways.
I have this problem i was born with called Hyperhidrosis. Basically its excessive sweating through specific parts of your body for no apparent reason at all. I sweat from my hands, underarms, feet, and even around my ass… It’s not because i am hot, it’s not because i’m nervous. It happens for no reason at all. It happens when I’m calm and relaxed (Like now) and i have to continuously keep wiping my hands on my pants/shirt to get rid of most of the wetness. Even though i do that it will reappear within 5 -10 seconds, and i can never completely get them dry. It sweats A LOT more when I’m nervous or when I’m under hot temperature.
Please do not post anything saying “It’s just some sweat, deal with it everyone sweats” because you have no idea just how much i sweat.
For anyone who has this, and has resolved this problem, please help me. I’m 16 years old and trust me… Major confidence reduction at my age… At my previous school i would skip a lot of school because it would show on my uniform all the wetness on my underarms and on the back of my pants… Stupid of me but now I’m behind on credits and this problem has fucked up my life.

Hi, I’m a 19 year old male and have experienced excessive sweating of my hands since I was 16 or 17. This happens particularly when I have to shake somebody’s hand and I start thinking about my hands sweating. Will this condition go away?

Does anyone here have hyperhidrosis?
My mom has it mostly her hand and feet are affected. My brother has it , and my cousin has it. Brother & cousin both have it on there hands, armpits & feet. I don’t have it as bad as any of them, but my hands are sweatier than most people.
So when do symptoms usually present? Is it normal for them to present in a baby? My son has very sweaty hands and feet, even if he has no socks on, its not warm in the house, and he isn’t over dressed.
Is it normal for hyperhidrosis symptoms to present in a baby?

Hey ive had hyperhidrosis for as long as can remember and its sucks! If you have had t you know how i feel. Any ideas on how i can get rid of it? Ive already tried the shocking thing dont really like that =P. Any OTHER ideas. Thank you soooo much
